- tungsten wire from Sifon:
1. high temperature performance: according to the specific applications, high temperature property requirements are categorized.
2. Diameter consistency: weight deviation of two consecutive 200mm-wire pieces is less than 0.5% of nominal value.
3. straightness: regular tungsten wire in accordance with customer's requirments; straightness tungsten wire for the tungsten wire thinner than 100μm, vertical height of 500mm freely suspended wire should not be less than 450mm; for the tungsten wire at or thicker than 100μm, the maximum arc height between pints with distance of 100mm is 10mm
4. surface conditions: smooth surface, free of splits, burrs, cracks, dents, dots, grease contamination

- Packing & shipping for tungsten wire:
Tungsten wire can be coiled with bundle.
To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.
If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.
Considering for the shipment, we suggest the length within 2m if it didn't affect the usage of the tungsten rod.
Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp and heavy, some parts are fragile, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us in time, we will solve the problem soon for you.
1. How do you insure the quality is good?
--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?
--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
3. Can I get free sample?
